Returns and Refunds

We understand that sometimes an order is not quite right. You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

Return Conditions

• The item must be unused and unlit.
• It must be in its original condition and packaging.
• It must be packaged securely to prevent damage in transit.

We cannot accept products that have been lit, used or altered. If you are unsure whether an item is eligible, contact us before sending it back.

Return Postage

Unless the item is faulty or incorrect, you are responsible for return postage. We recommend using a tracked service and keeping proof of postage.

How to Return an Order

Please use our returns portal to start and manage any returns. 

If you cannot access your order through our portal, please return any items to the follow address. Items returned to the address will get processed as a refund as soon as we receive the items.

Refunds

Once your return arrives, we will inspect it and process any approved refund to your original payment method. Please allow 7 to 10 working days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Original delivery charges are not refundable unless the item was faulty or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If an item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, contact us before returning it. Include your order number, a description of the issue and clear photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange the appropriate replacement or refund.
