Sleepless Night was created around the quiet, heavy hours when the world is asleep but your mind is not. Each candle captures a different restless night, strange ritual or secret found somewhere between midnight and morning.
Every design has its own original artwork, story and fragrance. Will you find the secret candle, or lose sleep trying?

Every candle in Sleepless Night has its own fragrance, created around a different restless night or midnight ritual. Your scent remains a surprise until the box is opened, ranging from soft nocturnal comfort to darker, more atmospheric blends.

Premium High-Load Scenting
Ingredients
Hand-poured in the UK using 100% pure soy wax, premium fine fragrance oils, and non-bleached cotton-core wicks. All fragrances are phthalate-free and animal cruelty-free 🕯️✨
How to use
- Trim the wick to ¼ inch before each burn
- Place on a heat-resistant coaster to protect surfaces
- Allow wax to melt fully to the edges of the jar to prevent tunnelling
- Keep the wick centered and away from the sides of the vessel
- Reuse your jar once finished - perfect as a planter and pencil holder
- Never leave a burning candle unattended, near drafts, or within reach of children or pets
- Do not burn for more than 4 hours at a time
- Stop burning when ¼ inch of wax remains
- Never move a candle while lit or immediately after extinguishing
Delivery & returns
Dispatch and Delivery
We hand pour and pack every order from our independent UK studio.
- Orders are normally dispatched within 1 to 3 working days.
- UK orders are sent using Royal Mail Tracked 48.
- Delivery normally takes 2 to 3 working days after dispatch.
- UK delivery costs £3.50.
- UK delivery is free when you spend over £50.
Working days exclude weekends and bank holidays. Dispatch may take slightly longer during sales, launches and busy periods. Any updated estimate will be shown at checkout.
Tracking Your Order
You will receive a shipping confirmation when your order has been dispatched. It will include your tracking number and a link to follow its journey.
Tracking can take up to 24 hours to update after your parcel enters the Royal Mail network.
Address Changes
Please check your delivery address carefully before completing your order. If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes after packing has begun.
Delayed or Missing Parcels
If tracking has not updated for several working days, contact us with your order number and we will investigate.
Returns
You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, unlit, in their original condition and securely packaged.
Unless an item is faulty or incorrect, the customer is responsible for return postage. We recommend using a tracked service and keeping proof of postage.

We use only vegan, cruelty-free ingredients and eco-conscious materials, including 100% soy wax and fully recyclable packaging (biodegradable packing peanuts and 100% recyclable paper tape). Our fragrance oils are IFRA certified, made in France, and free from parabens, phthalates, and sulphates, ensuring a clean, high-quality burn and a scent you can trust.
All fragrances are lab tested and IFRA certified.

What ingredients do you use in your candles?
Two ingredients are all it takes to make the perfect candle - pure soy wax & fine fragrance oil.
No UV stabilisers, no artificial hardeners, no fake dyes or colourants - just simple, clean, and intentionally made.
We hand-pour each candle in the UK using 100% pure soy wax, premium fine fragrance oils, and non-bleached cotton-core wicks.
All fragrances are phthalate-free, animal cruelty-free, and sourced to be as eco-friendly as possible. All fine fragrances are IFRA certified and lab tested.
Are your products vegan and cruelty-free?
Yes, all Apollo Ipsum candles/products are vegan and never tested on animals!
Is your packaging eco-friendly?
Absolutely! We use recyclable materials such as the outer box and tape, along with biodegradable packaging - including the packing peanuts inside. No plastic bubble wrap or polystyrene here!
How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically dispatched within:
2–4 business days (not including saturday or sunday)
However, it may take longer during busier seasons and sale periods - so make sure to check the delivery times upon checkout to get an estimate delivery date.
Delivery times vary by location but usually arrive within 48 hours (Mon-Sat) after dispatch, though this may vary depending on regions and also if there are problems/issues with delivery addresses.
How can I track my order/view my order?
For the quickest updates, log in to the MY ACCOUNT section on our website. You can view order status, tracking info, and updates instantly!
You should ALWAYS receive a tracking email from us (and the delivery provider) after dispatch.
Please check your junk/spam folder and ensure you typed in the correct email address upon checkout to receive your tracking email. If you did not put the correct email address or did not put any email address, you will not be able to receive a tracking email or log into your account to view your order history.
I did not receive an order confirmation, what do I do?
Our website is fully automated, so once you place an order, you will automatically receive a confirmation email from us.
If you haven’t received one, this may be because:
- An incorrect email address was entered at checkout
- No email address was provided (only a phone number)
- The email has gone to your junk or spam folder
Please log in to My Account to view your order details and confirmation, and be sure to check your junk mail as well.
What if my order arrives damaged or there’s an issue?
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue, and we’ll resolve it quickly!
Can I update or cancel my order?
Orders can be updated or cancelled within 12 hours of purchase.
After that, we begin processing and may not be able to make changes.
However, please do email us ASAP as you might catch us while preparing your order and we can do last minute changes for you.
